It has a gem in it's neck and a floating crown of teeth..with eyes..spores...infections? somewhere on their chest XD
I included what their head could look like, a friend suggested least year the gem turned into like a gooey head (I think it was Amerelle? YE? ), I just changed it that the gem creates it. Doesn't have to be a slime head though could be anything magically made, smoke,fire,ash, dust, etc....Or just a actual head? lol.
